Tokens are the credits deducted when you generate content within GenApe. When you hit "Generate," the platform consumes a specific amount based on the tool used (costs vary slightly depending on complexity):
Text Generation (including image prompt enhancements): Costs about 1 to 3 tokens per word.
Image Generation (including simultaneous generation within the assistant): Costs 250 tokens per image.

Premium Plan: NT$320/month (approx. $10 USD), refreshing with 200,000 tokens monthly.

Yes. You can cancel the auto-renewal for either plan at any time. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for plans where content has already been generated. Check the next question for our detailed refund policy.
We offer a 3-day peace-of-mind guarantee on initial purchases. If you haven't used any generation features within 3 days of subscribing, you can cancel and request a full refund. Note: Refunds are not automatic. You must contact our support team directly within the 3-day window. If you wish to switch plans later, you can also adjust your tier at any time.
Yes. All subscriptions (both monthly and annual) use an auto-renewal system. The platform will automatically renew and bill your account exactly one month or one year from your purchase date unless you proactively cancel or pause it.
GenApe currently accepts convenient credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, CUPAC, etc.) and PayPal, ensuring safe and lightning-fast online transactions.
Click your profile avatar and navigate to the "Billing" page to modify your plan:
If you urgently need more tokens: Select "Cancel subscription and switch plans immediately" during the process to instantly reset and upgrade your quota.
If you don't need tokens urgently: Select "Cancel subscription only." You can continue using your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
Navigate to "Billing" via your profile avatar. From the billing management page, follow the cancellation process. Once successful, your account will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle.
You must completely exhaust your current plan's tokens to trigger the daily bonus. The system resets this 500-token gift every day. Any unused bonus tokens do not roll over to the next day.
Online history logs for visuals are retained for only 14 days. If you generate a piece you love, we highly recommend downloading and saving it to your local device immediately.
